I'm out of shape - can I still do this?
Absolutely! Most of our adult members started out of shape and with zero experience. Our instructors scale training to your fitness level. You'll work at your own pace while gradually building strength, endurance, and technique.
What's the age range of adult students?
Our adult program welcomes ages 18+ with members ranging from early 20s to 60s. We have working professionals, parents, college students, and retirees all training together in a supportive environment.
Is this just cardio kickboxing or real Muay Thai?
We teach authentic Muay Thai technique—the same skills used by professional fighters. You'll learn proper striking, defense, and combinations. While many members train purely for fitness and self-defense, we also coach students who want to compete at amateur or professional levels.
Do you spar or hit each other?
Sparring is completely optional and only for students who want to compete or test their skills. Most members train for fitness and self-defense without ever sparring. When it does occur, it's controlled, supervised, and with protective equipment.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. We train barefoot and provide gloves for your trial. After your 3-class trial, you'll receive a free pair of gloves to keep.
